We only ship within the United States (Continental Area). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. 

 

Online orders typically take 24-48 hours for processing. Please be advised that we do not typically process online orders after 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning at 9:00am. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number to the registered email in the order.

U.S flat shipping rate in Tierra Sublime Coffee Shop is $2.5 USD with exception of the District of Columbia where our coffee ships for free.

Given that coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept returns or refunds. Nevertheless, your experience is a priority for us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
